Designed for test and maintenance departments working in industrial or administrative buildings, the Qualistar Series can be used to obtain a snapshot of the main features characterizing the quality of the electrical network. Easy to handle and particularly compact, this instrument also offers a large number of calculated values and several processing functions. When the current sensors are connected to any of the Qualistar range, it recognises them automatically. It also offers the possibility of mixing different types of current sensors and configuration of the ratios allows direct reading of the measurements.

The intuitive software simplifies instrument configuration, real-time monitoring, and data processing, making it easy to manage recordings, alarms, and exports. With automatic device recognition, users can quickly access database management and EN 50160 reporting. Data can be transferred as screenshots, transients, or exported in Excel and graphical formats.

Inrush current refers to the peak input current an electrical device draws when it powers up, making it a key factor in correctly sizing an electrical installation. Measured over a 10-minute period, the Qualistar captures every detail once you’ve selected your acquisition mode (RMS or peak), ensuring precise and reliable results.
