The cameras of the E76-E86-E96 cameras are automatically calibrated with this interchangeable lens, so that the camera produces high quality images and accurate temperature measurements even after change of objectives.
Field of view (FOV) is 14° × 32°, with a minimum focus distance of 0.15 meters (0.49 feet) and 0.65 meters (2.13 feet) with MSX. The focal length is 10 mm (0.39 inches). Spatial resolution (IFOV) is 2.41 mrad/pixel at 320×240 pixels, 1.66 mrad/pixel at 464×348 pixels, and 1.20 mrad/pixel at 640×480 pixels. Lens identification features AutoCal, with a measurement accuracy of ±3°C (±5.4°F) or ±3% of reading, valid for ambient temperatures of 15–35°C (59–95°F) and object temperatures above 0°C (32°F). The unit weighs 0.140 kg (0.31 lb.) and measures 45.4 × 72 mm (1.79 × 2.83 in.).
