  • Key Applications

    • Identify problems with confidence:
Reveal moisture intrusion, drafts, insulation gaps and other building faults with upgraded thermal imaging that delivers four times the detail of earlier IGM based meters. Clear visuals help you understand the scope of an issue before you begin any physical inspection.

    • Diagnose with precision:
Use the built-in non-invasive sensor to scan for moisture beneath surfaces, then confirm your findings with the external pin probe for accurate contact readings. Optional specialised probes give you even more control when dealing with tricky materials or hard-to-reach areas.

    • Work faster and document better:
Streamline your inspection by capturing thermal images, visual photos and environmental data in a single workflow. The MR277 lets you map the issue, take readings and record laser location all in one place, helping you complete reports quickly and keep jobs moving.

FLIR MR277

The MR277 is a complete diagnostic tool for building professionals, combining thermal imaging, MSX visual enhancement and smart environmental sensing to reveal hidden moisture and structural issues with confidence. It guides you toward problem areas with thermal visuals and a laser pointer, then allows you to confirm conditions using either pinless scanning or a pin probe for direct measurements. Automated environmental calculations and a replaceable humidity and temperature sensor keep the device accurate and ready for long days on site, while METERLiNK connectivity and FLIR Tools support make documentation and reporting straightforward.
